All 3-Bedroom Suites: Towels and housekeeping are optional in all 3 Bedroom Suites. They are included in the base price of all suites but can be removed for a $20.00 per-night savings. An additional $10.00 per-night per-person charge will be added for additional guests above 8 with a maximum of 10 in all 3 bed suites.
All other rooms: Towels and housekeeping are provided with these rooms. An additional $10 per night/per person charge will be added for additional guests.
DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY Prime Time / Weddings / Holidays: Upon making reservations, a 50% deposit is required with a credit card. Reservations must be cancelled prior to 90 days of arrival date to receive a refund or deposit. No refunds will be given if cancellation notice is given 14 days or less prior to the arrival date, and the full rate of your reservation will be charged to your account.
Spring / Fall / Winter: Credit card required to reserve a room. No refunds will be given if cancellation notice is given 2 days or less prior to the arrival date, and the full rate of your reservation will be charged to your account.
